Coconut milk is used like cream! Can also be used instead of oil.

Shake well before use.

Recipe Suggestion:
1. Cut 500 of vegetables (e.g. zucchini, eggplant, pumpkin, carrots, snow peas, peppers, etc) into bite-sizes.
2. Mix 400 ml coconut milk with 1 tbsp green curry paste and add tender vegetables and herbs. Season with light soy sauce and green pepper and cook until the vegetables are cooked. If desired, add tofu or chicken.

Keep in the refrigerator after opening and consume within 2 days.
