Description:Golden Swan Bamboo Shoots Slices In Water

Bamboo shoots have a crunchy texture with a subtle flavour all of their own. Ideal for stir-frying with meat, poultry and fish along with other oriental vegetables.

After opening, the bamboo shoots should be rinsed and drained prior to cooking. They may be stored in a refrigerator for up to one week in water, which should be changed daily.
