Description:Tiger Tiger Cream Style Sweet Corn (Sweetcorn)

Recipe Suggestions for Chicken Sweetcorn Soup (Serves 8)
Ingredients:
240g Boneless chicken, finely minced
240g thin streaky bacon rashers
410g Tiger Tiger Cream Style Sweet Corn
15ml (1 tbsp) cornflour
¼ tsp salt
white pepper
900ml (1.5pts) basic thick stock
15ml (1tbsp) cornflour mixed with 30ml (2 tbsp) water
pinch of salt
2 eggs, beaten
For garnish 30g very finely chopped parsley.

1. Mix the chicken with the cornflour, salt and pepper in a bowl. Set aside. Fry the bacon until crisp, then chop very finely.
2. Heat the stock and the Tiger Tiger Cream Style Sweet Corn in a saucepan. At about 140F/70C well before it comes to the boil, add the chicken, stirring to separate the meat. Stir in the cornflour mixture and bring the soup to a gentle boil. Taste and adjust the seasoning adding sugar/salt/pepper as required.
3. Stir the eggs gently, so the soup becomes streaked.
4. Serve the soup with bacon and parsley sprinkled in the centre of the bowl to provide garnish.


Storage Instructions: Once opened, transfer any unused product to a suitable covered container and refrigerate, use within 2 days.
