The noodle is popular in northern China with a unique flavour or pasta, which is characterised by a thick centre and thin edge, as well as a clear edgefront. Wheatsun, adhering to the mind of the good surface, carefully selected natural health ingredients, following the traditional process elaborately. The cooking noodles are soft and sticky, the taste is smooth and chewy, so you can enjoy delicacy on the tongue to your heart's content.

1. Put sliced noodles into the boiling water, keep stirring and segregate them to avoid the food sticky.
2. Boil for 3 to 5 minutes in a high heat, and as your personal like to get the best taste of the sliced noodles.
3. Place the cooked noodles into a bowl and stir uniformly.
4. If frying the noodles, cool them down with cold water before service.
