Suggested Serving/Cooking Instruction:
1. Hot Pot - Fry the onion and pork, put into the soup or water, add salt & MSG, few minutes later add the hot pot material or some vegetables, finally add the mung bean thread, hot pot has completed.
2. With Soup - Fry some striped pork/chicken, shrimp, cabbage, stirring up, put into the soup, add salt, pepper, mung bean thread, at the end, drop some celery and several drops of sesame oil, ready to serve.
3. Cold Dish - Cook the mung bean thread, set aside for use. Prepare dressing with the hot oil, soy sauce, MSG, vinegar, sesame oil mixes well place in a bowl, add on the mung bean thread.
