Malaysian Fried Ramen (Mamak Style) Mi Kuning
Method:
Blanch Ramen Noodle for 1 minutes to loosen. Stir occasionally. Drain the Ramen Noodle and set aside.
Heat the oil in work. Stir fry garlic, shallot and chilli paste until fragrant.
Add meat or seafood and stir fry. Add in chilli sauce, tomato sauce, soya sauce, water, Ramen Noodle and vegetables. Stir fry for 3-4 minutes.
Ready to serve.

Storage Condition: Keep in cool and dry place away from sunlight. Once opened, keep in refrigerator and consume within 3 days.
