Serving Instruction

Korean Chop Chae:
1/2 lb TYM Sweet Potato Noodles (Thin)
1/2 lb finely ground beef or pork
1.5 cup parboiled spinach
12 dried shiitake mushrooms (Chop into thin slices)
3/4 chopped onion
1 thinly sliced carrot
1 tbsp sesame seed
2 tbsp sesame oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 tbsp sugar
2 cloves minced garlic
1 tbsp cooking oil
salt & pepper to taste

Hotpot (Saucepot) Put TYM sweet potato noodles (thin) into boiling water and cook gently for eight minutes, then serve.
