Description:YuMei Traditional Dongbei Hot Pot Noodles

Serving Suggestions:
Soup Version:
1) The pickled vegetable bag may be slightly sour. Rinse with hot water to reduce sourness, then set aside.
2) Cook corn noodles in cold water to desired softness (recommended 8-10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
3) Boil 550ml of cold water tor 30 seconds. When hot, add the seasoning powder and stir. Sequentially add the main ingredient packet, vegetable packet, corn noodles and dehydrated vegetable packet.
4) Cook for 3 minutes. Turn off heat, add chilli oil sesame oil, and sesame paste to taste. Stir well and serve.
Sticky Version:
1) The pickled vegetable bag may be slightly sour. Rinse with hot water to reduce sourness, then set aside.
2) Cook corn noodles in cold water for 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
3) Boil 550ml of cold water for 30 seconds. Add seasoning powder and stir. Add the main ingredient packet, vegetable packet, sesame paste, corn noodles and dehydrated vegetable packet. Cook on medium-low heat for 8 minutes, stirring frequently.
4) Cook to desired stickiness, turn off heat, add chilli oil and sesame oil to taste, and serve.

Warm Reminder: Enhance flavour by adding preferred side dishes like vegetables or meat.

Dehydrated Vegetable Pack: Tofu Skin (Soybean) (2.67%), Dried Mustard (2.67%).

Chilli Oil Pack: Chilli Soybean Oil, Sesame.

Sesame Paste Pack: Sesame Paste (Sesame), Peanut Butter (Peanut, Soybean Oil.

Pepper Oil Pack: Soybean Oil, Sichuan Peppercorn, Green Sichuan Peppercorn.
