Description:Dapur Desa Premium Custard Powder (Tepung Kastad Bermutu)
Dapur Desa custard powder is rich with milk flavour, it can add natural colour and flavouring to your dishes, suitable for making dim sum, dessert, pastries etc.

Egg Tart
Ingredients:
Pastry: Butter 100g, Icing Sugar 50g, Egg 1pc, Wheat Flour 200g, Milk Powder 20g
Filling: Caster Sugar 50g, Evaporated Milk 200ml, Egg 3pc (stir well), Dapur Desa Custard Powder 2 tsp, Vanilla Essence 1 drop.
Method:
1. Stir butter and icing sugar gently, add egg and mix well.
2. Add flour and milk powder, slowly bunched to a soft dough.
3. Divided the dough into 30 pcs, pressed into tart moulds, bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes, take out for cool and ready to use.
4. Sugar and evaporated milk over low heat and cook until sugar has dissolved, remove from heat and let cool.
5. Add in egg, custard powder and vanilla essence. Stir well, and sieved for two to three times.
6. Pour the egg mixture to pastry, oven preheat 180, bake for around 8-10 minutes and ready to serve.

Storage Condition: Keep away from direct sunlight and store in a cool & dry place.
