Description:Woh Hup Singapore Chilli Crab Sauce

Cooking Suggestion: Singapore Chilli Crab (Serves 4)
Heat wok with 2 tsps of cooking oil. Add 365g (24 tbsps) of Woh Hup Singapore Chilli Crab Sauce, stir-fry for 1 minute. Add 400g crab and 400ml water, simmer for 5 minutes or until crab is cooked. Set crab aside from sauce. Stir in 3 tbsp of corn starch solution and 2 eggs, mix well until gravy thickens. Pour gravy over crab. Ready to serve with rice or buns.

Store in cool and dry place protected from direct sunlight. Refrigerate after opening.

May contain traces of crustacean, molluscs, fish, peanut, tree nut, mustard, sesame and celery.
