Description:Bai Sha Flour For Turnip Cake

Ready to use.

Recipe: Flour for turnip cake 500g, water 850g, white turnip strip 1kg-1.5kg, salt 5g, chicken powder 3g, pepper 2g, little sausage 100g, direct sea shrimp 50g.

Step One: 650g water adds to 500g flour. Mix together and wait for use.
Step Two: Stir-fry the little sausage and the dried sea shrimp for a while and then add the white turnip strip, 200g water, salt, chicken powder, pepper to the pot and stir.
Step Three: Pouring the mixture of step one into the mixture of step two and then mix them together.
Step Four: Steam over boiling water for 40-60 minutes. Take out for chilling and cut them into slices.

Consume soon after opening.

Storage Condition: Keep away from direct sunlight and store in a cool dry place.

May also contains milk, egg, nuts and peanut products.
