Description:Haorenjia Seasoning For Mapo Tofu (Mapo Doufu Beancurd)

Enjoy delicious Mapo Tofu by 3 steps only.
1. Have 500g of bean curd cut into pieces (around 1cm bean curd square) and put into the boiled dilute brine, cooked for 2-3 minutes, drained to use.
2. Have 50g of vegetable oil put into a pot and heated to 70% done, stir-fry 50g of minced beef until fragrance and mixed with the contents of the seasoning (80g), stir-fry them evenly, add appropriate amounts of water to cook until boiling.
3. Put the cooked and blanched bean curd into the pot and cook them thoroughly, add water starch to get rid of the excess water firstly and then put appropriate amounts of garlic bolt and shallot section, then it is ready to serve.
For stronger spicy taste, appropriate amounts of Sichuan pepper can be sprinkled into it.
