This traditional Japanese dish features hijiki seaweed which has a sweet flavour and pleasant bite. Combined with lotus root, soyebeans, carrot and fried tofu, it's ideal as an appetiser or side dish.

How to enjoy Hijiki Seaweed Salad
Our Hijiki Seaweed Salad is pre-cooked and ready to eat as an appetiser, or part of a meal.
To enhance the flavour, warm it up as below:
Option 1: Remove packaging and place the salad into a microwaveable container. Cover with a lid and microwave (800W) for about 30 seconds.
Option 2: Place unopened pouch in hot water for about 3 minutes.
