Description:Silk Road Thai Glutinous Rice

Cooking Method (Serves 4)
Glutinous Rice should be soaked for at least 2 hours (preferably overnight) before cooking.
Wash and rinse 225g (8oz) rice then place in a pan and add about 200ml (1/3 pint) cold water and a pinch of salt.
Cover and bring to boil then reduce heat to very low and simmer for about 12-15 minutes until rice is cooked and sticky.
Remove from heat and let stand for 10 minutes before serving.

Store in a cool dry place.
