Description:YuMei Sour Soup Vermicelli Noodles

Ready to cook.

Serving Suggestions:
1. Place vermicelli in a pot with 800ml of cold water and bring to a boil. Cook for 12-15 minutes, then remove vermicelli using a bowl.
2. Add 400ml of boiled water to the pot, then add the soup pack and the cooked vermicelli.
3. Cook until the vermicelli can be easily cut with chopsticks. Add all remaining packs to the pot, stir well, and enjoy.
Optional: Add green vegetables for enhanced flavour.

Storage Condition: Keep away from direct sunlight and store in a cool dry place.

Bamboo Shoot Pack: Bamboo Shoots (8.25%), Chilli, Salt, Flavour Enhancer (E621), Acidity Regulator (E270), Flavour Enhancer (E635), Preservative (E202), Sugar.

Sour Bean Pack: Cowpea (4.66%), Salt, Soybean Oil, Chilli, Spices (Star Anise, Kaempferia, Pepper, White Buckwheat), Preservative (E200), Antioxidant (E330).

Dehydrated Pea & Spring Onion Pack: Peas (2.7%), Soybean Oil, Dehydrated Spring Onions, Salt, Sugar, Onion Powder (Dehydrated Onions, Salt, Sugar, Flavour Enhancer (E621)).
