Description:Kanokwan Red Curry Paste
Superb with roast duck.

Rich and Spicy. The taste you can experience from the secret recipes by Mr. Kanok and Mrs. Wan, the known Thai food specialities for over 30 years. Their cooking recipe is legendary, as all the ingredients are generously and carefully selected in each manufacturing step, making the food you cook have a savoury taste.

Follow Mr. Kanok and Mrs. Wan's direction
Add coconut milk (1 cup/240ml) in a pan over medium heat. Add Kanokwan Red Curry Paste. Stir until oil appears on top.
Add meat and stir until meat is thoroughly cooked, Add water (1 cup/240ml). Bring to a boil.
Add additional seasonings to taste. Garnish with pea eggplants, sweet basil leaves, and sliced long red chilli.

Store in cool dry place, once opened keep refrigerated.
