Satay Barbecue Sticks Recipe
1 Hr. Prep 15 Min. Cook 4 Servings

Ingredients:
7 tbsp Yeo's Spicy Satay Sauce (dip)
400g beef fillet, cubed
½ cucumber, cubed
1 onion, cubed

For Marinade:
3 tbsp Yeo's Spicy Satay Sauce
2 tbsp Yeo's Light Soy Sauce
1 tsp Yeo's Pure Sesame Oil
2 tsp Yeo's Malaysian Curry Powder
3 tbsp white sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 small onion and garlic clove, chopped

Mix marinade in bowl and marinate beef for 1 hour. Skewer the beef cubed and grill satay until cooked. Warm Yeo's Spicy Satay Sauce and serve as a dip. Garnish with cucumber and onions as desired.

Ingredients:Coconut Extract, Onion, Peanut (12%), Water, Sugar, Chilli Powder (5%), Palm Oil, Tamarind Extract, Spice, Salt, Thickener (E1442).
