Description:Rice & U Rice Vermicelli

Cooking Instruction
1. As cold dressing (Bun):
Let rice vermicelli soak in boiling water and cook for about 8 to 10 minutes, stir occasionally, flush rice vermicelli with cold water or tap water for 1 minute, drain and let it sit for 30 minutes, then it can be served as cold dressing.

2. For fried vermicelli:
Heat up water to 100C, then pour hot water into a container, let rice vermicelli, soak in hot water for about 8 to 10 minutes, stir occasionally, flush rice vermicelli with cold water or tap water for 1 minutes, drain and then it can be used for flying.

Store in a dry place.
