Serving Suggestions
1. Noodles with soup
Add the noodles into the boiling water. Cook until tender for 3-5 minutes. Add cooked seafood, cooked meat, cooked minced meat, boiled eggs and/or cooked vegetables at the 3rd minutes. Add chicken/beef broth or chicken/beef broth powder to add flavour to soup. Remove from heat. Pour soup and noodles into bowl. Add condiments such as oyster sauce, or chilli oil or sesame oil as desired ad serve.
2. Stir-Fried Noodle
Add the noodles into boiling water. Cook until tender for 3-5 minutes. Meanwhile, heat oil in a wok or frying pan, stir-fry ginger, garlic, or any other vegetables and/or meat desired for 2-3 minutes. Add salt, sugar and light soy sauce. Remove from heat. Rinse them with cold water and drain noodles thoroughly. Add noodles to wok or pan with tomato, onion and beansprouts (if too dry, add some water and stir-fry). Sprinkle sugar and stir-fry for 2 mins. Serve.
3. Stirred Noodle Ban Mian
Add the noodles into the boiling water. Cook until tender for 3-5 minutes. Add cooked seafood, cooked meat, boiled eggs and/or cooked vegetables at the 3rd minute. Drain noodles thoroughly. Combine (toss) noodles with desired dressing such as soya sauce, sesame oil, or chilli oil. Mix well before serve.
4. Hot Pot
Add the noodles into hot pot with boiling soup. Cook until tender for 3-5 minutes. Remove noodles from ho pot. Add desired dressing or sauce and serve.

Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight in an airtight container.
