Description:Furui Dried Shiitake Mushrooms

Usage:
1. Rinse mushrooms with water.
2. Trim off the stem, then soak the mushroom in warm water until it is tender. The mushroom can be cooked once it is tender. However, it should be refrigerated if it is required on a later date.
3. The soaked water is rich of nutrition, can be reused as flavouring.

Suggested method for preserving. Keep the product in dried and sunless place. The best to keep in the refrigerator.
