Brahim’s Meat Curry Sauce (Kuah Kari Daging)
A spicy aromatic ready-to-cook curry sauce for meat with coconut milk, chilli, coriander and spices.
Cooking Instructions :-
- Add 300g diced chicken or beef and 1 pack of Brahim’s Meat Curry Sauce to 300ml (1 1/4 cups) water.
- Simmer on medium heat for 15 minutes or until meat is tender.
- To enhance flavour, add 100g vegetables, e.g potatoes and carrots.
