We’ve gathered a trio of our favourite suppliers together for one event! Our friends at Lee Kum Kee, Ming Foods and Cherry Valley Duck are coming together on 1 & 2 November 2014 to offer a crispy aromatic duck pancakes tasting to make you smile.
Cherry Valley are offering free tastings on their Cooked Boneless Duck and their Aromatic Crispy Duck, which are seasoned with authentic herbs and spices and roasted in a traditional Chinese oven. These products are convenient and tasty; great for use at home, or in the catering trade.
The duck will be served on pancakes from Ming Foods, Britain’s leading Chinese pastry specialists. Their wafer thin premium pancakes are made with the finest British ingredients and their light texture make them perfect for wrapping crispy duck, and other meats, seafood or vegetables.
What is a duck pancake wrap, without sauce? Taste your pancakes with Lee Kum Kee Sweet Hoisin Sauce, now available in a handy squeezy bottle. This popular spicy-sweet sauce is made from soya bean, salted plums, sesame, chilli and spices and is perfect for serving with duck wraps or for use in marinades and stir-fries.
