Description:Double Phoenix Broad Longkow Vermicelli

Noodles Preparation:
Place vermicelli in a pot of boiling water and cook for about 3-5 minutes. Drain.
The noodles are now ready to be added to your favourite soup or stir-fry dish.

Vermicelli With Vegetables
2 vermicelli cakes prepared according to instructions
200g mixed vegetables
100g baby corn
10 straw mushrooms, halved
1 tsp grated ginger
2 cloves garlic, crushed
20 ml vegetable oil
3 tsp oyster sauce
2 tsp soy sauce
1/2 cup chicken stock

Cooking Methods:
1. In a wok, fry garlic and ginger in oil over medium heat until fragrant
2. Add vegetables and prepared vermicelli, stirring for 1 minute
3. Cover with lid and cook for a further 3 minutes
4. Stir through oyster sauce, soy sauce and chicken stock. Serve immediately
Ingredients:Mung Bean Starch, Potato Starch, Water.
