Chafing dish: put into boiling pot. Wait for 5 minutes.
Sauce: then soak in boiling water or boil it, last cool it and add vegetable meat flavour.
Braise and Stir-fry: ditto, after cooling add to pan.
Soup or Stew: soak in cool water 5-10 minutes, add to pot last 5-8 minutes.

Storage: Store in a cool and dry place.
