Stir Fries: Simmer for 2 mins, quickly rinse in cold water, then stir-fry with sauce for 1 min.
Soups: Simmer for 3 mins, then add to broth or any soup base of your choice.

Pair with Lee Kum Kee Sauces for a tasty meal.
Chill Noodle Salad
Ingredients: 1 serving of Lee Kum Kee 2-Flavour Noodles. 1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Sesame Chilli Sauce. 1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil.
Method: Simmer the noodles for 3 minutes, then drain and place in a bowl. Toss with the seasoning, 1/2 a chopped cucumber, and 50g of sliced radishes.

Natural ingredients are added (spinach and buckwheat), which may lead to slight discolouration of the product. This is normal and does not affect its quality.

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, consume immediately.
Ingredients:Spinach Noodles: Wheat Flour, Water, Spinach Powder (10%), Ethyl Alcohol, Humectant (Sorbitols), Wheat Gluten Powder, Salt, Antioxidant (Sodium Lactate).
