Description:Ching's Secret Egg Hakka Noodles
Hakka Noodles is the main reason why Desi Chinese is India's second largest cuisine!
Desi Chinese is the one cuisine that is loved by all Indians alike - from Kashmir to Kanyakumari and even across the globe.
India's most popular Desi Chinese dish is Hakka Chowmein. You can make this mouth-watering dish at home with Ching's Secret Egg Hakka Noodles stir-fried with crunchy vegetables, scrambled eggs, chicken or seafood and Ching's Secret Chowmein Masala.
For a spicier version, add a few spoons of Ching's Secret Schezwan Chutney.

Cooking Instructions:
1. Boil 10 cups of water in a large pan, let the water bubble.
2. Drop the noodles & boil for only 2-3 minutes. The noodles are cooked Al Dente (Al Dente means partially cpooking the noodles or leaving it slightly Kachcha).
3. Drain the noodles & wash under running water. Spread on a flay surface & toss in 1 tsp oil to prevent sticking & proceed with your chosen dish.

Store in a cool, dry & hygienic place.
