Description:Yeo's EZY-Cook Noodles

Ready in 2 minutes

Cooking Instructions:
Cook the noodles (80g) in boiling water for about 2 minutes. Stir tenderly to loosen cake. Drain well and serve with your favourite South East Asian recipes:

Minced Prawn In Spicy Gravy Soup (Laksa Lemak)
Stir-fry Yeo's Minced Prawns In Spices (2 tbsp), fresh lemongrass sliced, shallots and garlic over low heat 5-8 minutes until paste becomes fragrant. Add 385g coconut milk, sugar, salt and boil. Add prawns or chicken. When almost cooked, add noodles, beansprouts and laksa leaf. Ready to use.

Stir-Fry Seafood
De-shell prawns, add prawn heads and bacon strips to boiling water (200 ml) 1-2 minutes and then remove - keep the stock. Heat oil and garlic over medium heat until lightly brown. Turn up heat. Add noodles, fish sauce (2 tbsp), prawns, squid and chilli sauce or slices to taste. Stir well. Make a well in the wok and crack an egg in the centre, let it set. Add beansprouts and toss until egg is cooked. Add spring onions, Yeo's Dark Soya Sauce and prawn stock. Cover the wok for 1 minute until noodles are soft. Serve hot.

Malaysian Curry Noodles
Heat Yeo's Mild Malaysian Curry until hot and serve over cooked noodles. Add meat or vegetables to curry if desired.
