Cooking suggestion:
1. Put the noodles into the boiling water. Remember to stir the thin noodle frequently to prevent sticking.
2. While the water is boiling again, make the flame to weaken or add a half cup of water to keep cooked noodle softer.
3. Add your favourite ingredients and sauce to make noodle soup, fried noodles, cold noodles, dried noodles or other simple way, easy and delicious. You can vary the recipe according to your favourite tasted and preference.
