Udon in Soup
Boil adequate amount of water, add seasonings, then put udon into boil until cooked. Put meat and vegetables for better flavour. Boil it for about 3 minutes for serving.

Fried Udon
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil, put meat, vegetables, salt and pepper into stir-fry for a while. Reduce the fire to medium heat. Put the udon in to fry together. Season them with soya sauce or oyster sauce and stir them well for serving.

Store in a cool dry place, out of direct sunlight.
