Cooking Direction (1 serving)
1. Put 1 bundle (1 serving) of somen into 27 fl oz of boiling water.
2. Let boil about 3 minutes. Do not overcook.
3. Rinse with cold water and drain.
4. Serve with prepared anchovy soup with boiled egg, cucumber, etc.
