These premium grade, traditional Chinese noodles have been carefully selected to compliment your stir-fry or soup dishes.

Cooking Instructions
Bring a pan of water to the boil.
Add noodles (one next per person) to the pan and simmer for 5 minutes.
If using in a stir fry, take out after 4 minutes.
Stir with a fork occasionally.
Drain, rinse in cold water, then add to your favourite stir-fry.
May contain traces of egg and soybean.

Storage Instructions: Store in a cool dry place. Once opened, store in an airtight container.
