Description:1. Spread somen in about 8 cups of boiling water and add 3/4 teaspoonful salt.
2. Cook somen until water comes to a boil lower heat and cook for 3 min.
3. Drain in filter and rinse in cold water.
4. Place somen in bowl and serve with soup base. Garnish with cucumber tomato orange and cherry etc.
