Yakisoba is a classic and popular stir-fry Japanese noodle dish, traditionally cooked on an iron plate and typically cold as street food in Japan.
Combine these noodles with your favourite meat and vegetables, seasoned with a sweet & savoury sauce similar to Worcestershire sauce before finishing them off with a classic garnish of beni shoga (red ginger) and aonori seaweed (powdered seaweed).

To make perfect Yakisoba Noodles:
Add to your favourite stir-fry and fry for 2-3 minutes.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within the same day.
