Description:HDL Instant Vermicelli Pot With Stewed Beef Tripe (Hot & Sour)

Instructions:
1. Open the lid; unpack the inner bags and pour them in the box.
2. Pour boiling water to the water line on the box.
3. Put the lid back on, wait for 4-5 minutes, stir evenly then enjoy.

Store in a cool, dry place and out of direct sunlight. Once opened, consume immediately.
Ingredients:Vermicelli (30%): Potato Starch, Pea Starch.

Stewed Beef Tripe (25%): Beef Tripe (80%), Soybean Sauce (Soybean, Water, Salt, Wheat Flour, Colour (Ammonia Caramel), Acidity Regulator (Acetic Acid, Lactic Acid)), Sugar, Salt, Spices, Water, Orange Peel, Seasoning Wine (Water, Rice, Wheat).

Hot & Sour Flavour Sauce (10%): Soybean Oil, Pickled Chilli Pepper (Chilli Pepper, Water, Salt, Acidity Regulator (Acetic Acid), Preservative (Sodium Benzoate, Sodium Metabisulphite)) (16%), Rapeseed Oil, Salt, Chilli Pepper (5%), Soybean Sauce (Water, Soybean, Salt, Colour (Plain Caramel), Sugar, Wheat, Flavour Enhancer (Monosodium Glutamate), Flavouring (Soybean), Colour (Paprika Extract), Sesame Paste, Antioxidant (Alpha-Tocopherol).

Seasoning Powder: Salt, Sugar, Yeast Extract, Flavouring, Chilli Peppers, Sichuan Pepper, White Pepper, Garlic, Rapeseed Oil, Anti-Caking Agent (Silicon Dioxide), Star Anise, Fennel, Flavour Enhancer (Disodium 5-Ribonucleotides).

Flavoured Seasoning (10%): Vinegar (Water, Sorghum, Wheat, Barley, Pea, Salt) (98%), Salt, Sugar.

Mix Dried Vegetables: Pak Choi, Cabbage, Carrot, Sesame, Dextrose, Dehydrated Spring Onion.
