Description:Chef James Braised Tomato Noodles Soup (Vegan)

Our finest broth was made from a strict selection of 11 different Chinese herbal ingredients including star anise, angelica, chuanxiong, etc. We are fresh tomato to create some fruity and sour taste, specially selected ginger sesame oil to enhance aroma with long-simmering cook time to make our broth and flavourful. The perfect ratio is 350c.c. of soup and specially made sun-dried noodles. This is an amazing healthy vegan noodle soup which will warm up your stomach instantly.

1. Put the tomato sauce and sauerkraut in bowl, add 350c.c. hot water and mix well.
2. Boil 500c.c. water in the pot, add the noodle into the boiling water for 4 mins.
3. Put the noodles in the bowl and enjoy!
