The winding Key riverside has been irrigating the racks of rice noodles made with hard work and sweat for over the past century, while the terrain-induced monsoon takes away the moisture of the rice noodles, leaving behind the unique taste which accomplished the Hsinchu rice noodles, a good taste of Taiwan!

Instructions:
1. Place rice noodles, seasonings, oil and other ingredients in a bowl.
2. Add 400cc of boiled water, put the lid on for 5 minutes.
3. Mix well.

You may also create your own flavour by simply adding your own ingredients into a boiling pot, then add rice noodles and cook for another 1 minute.

Ingredients:Rice Noodle: Rice, Water.

Seasoning Packet: Sugar, Salt, Mushroom, Maltodextrin, Flavour Enhancer (E621, E640, E627), Soy Sauce, Anti-caking Agent (E551), Hydrolysed Soy Protein, Yeast, Pepper, Red Pepper.

Flavoured Oil: Palm Oil, Red Onion, Soy Sauce, Vitamin E.

Ingredients Packet: Dried Shiitake Mushroom, Taro, Seaweed, Tofu Skin (Soybean), Dehydrated Vegetables (Cabbage, Taro, Carrot).
