Non-fried, thick, round & straight noodles, as good as hand-made.

Soup base made with cooking paste and seasoning powder.
Good for creating gourmet meals.

HALAL

Add soup base and premix into 400ml water, bring to boil. Add noodled and low boil for 7 mins.

May contain peanut, sesame, fish, soy, tree nut, celery, mollusc, egg, lupin.

Ingredients:Noodles / Lamian (55.6%): Whole Wheat Flour (28.3%), Wheat Flour, Salt, Acidity Regulators [E500(i), E339(i)].

Soup Base (25.0%): Palm Olein, Chilli Paste (6%) (Water, Dried Chilli, Salt, Chilli, Chilli Powder), Crustacean Mix (5%) (Dried Shrimp, Shrimp Paste (Shrimp, Salt)], Water, Shallot, Galangal, Turmeric, Spices (0.25%) (Turmeric Powder, White Pepper Powder), Lemon Grass, Laksa Leaf (0.05%).

Premix (19.4%): Coconut Milk Powder (15.2%) [Coconut Milk Solids, Maltodextrin, Sodium Caseinate (Milk)], Salt, Sugar, Skim Milk Powder, Yeast Extract, Acidity Regulator (E330).
