Description:Chuanbei Sweet Potato Noodles (Chongqing Hot Pot)

Add noodles in a pot with boiling hot water (2 cups (500ml)) and cook for 7 minutes. Add the cooked noodles and water in a bowl. Add seasoning oil, vinegar, vegetables and seasoning powder. Mix and serve hot.

Ingredients:Noodles: Sweet Potato Starch (39%), Potato Starch, Water.

Seasoning Oil: Rapeseed Oil, Chilli, Sichuan Pepper, Ginger, Broad Bean Sauce (Chilli, Broad Bean, Salt, Wheat Flour). Spices, (Shallot, Garlic, Aniseed, Fennel), Flavour Enhancer (E621).

Seasoning Powder: Salt, Maltodextrin, Flavour Enhancer (E621).
