Description:Lucky Fish Dongguan Corn Vermicelli

Cooking Methods:
Method 1:
Immerse the vermicelli in warm water with temperature up 50 to 55C for 15 minutes. Rinse with cold water and drain.
1) Noodle Soup: Cook the vermicelli in boiling water for about 20 seconds. Drain from water and pour the vermicelli into prepared seasoned soup.
2) Pan-Frying: Heat up a frying pan and spray with some vegetable oil, then pour in the vermicelli and stir-fry until soft. Mix with cooked shredded meat and vegetable.

Method 2:
Immerse vermicelli into boiling water for about 5 minutes. Loosen the vermicelli with wooden chopsticks and then drain. Mix the vermicelli with prepared seasoned soup with shredded meat, shrimp, and crabmeat.

Storage: Keep in a cool dry place.
Ingredients:Cornstarch (86%), Water (14%).
