how to prepare the noodle
1. Put Nongshim-Miga glass noodle in boiling water for 6-7 minutes until the noodles becomes transparent.
2. Rinse the noodles 2-3 times in cold water and put it into a bowl to drain water before serving.
3. The noodle should be wrapped with a cooking wrap until served to preserve moisture within the noodles for best taste.

Other ways to enjoy glass noodles
Japchae noodle, various stews (such as kimchi stew or kimchi jigae, spicy sausage stew or budae jigae), various soup (such as dumpling soup or manutguk, beef bone soup or seolleongtang, spicy beef soup or yukgaejang), Korea-style beef barbecued (bulgogi), jeongol stew and Korea stir-fry.
