Chaffy Dish Vermicelli

Directions for preparation

1. Stir-fry
Soak chaffy dish vermicelli in cold water for about 30 minutes then take them up and stir-fry them with garlic bolt shredded meat diced meat beef or shrimp meat, xianggu mushroom, etc for another 1-2 minutes. They may also be seasoned with tomato juice, chilli oil or mustard etc.

2. Deep-fry
Put dry chaffy dish vermicelli (avoid being soaked in water) into boiling oil and they may ne eaten together with porridge - after floating they will be delicious if stir fried with shredded meat and xianggu mushroom etc.

3. Boil in soup
Boil chaffy dish vermicelli in favourable soup for a few minutes ant then add oil, salt, sauce, etc before being served.

4. Chafing Dish
Soak chaffy dish vermicelli in cold water for about 30 minutes and then put them in chafing dish.

Keep in a cool & dry place.
