Cooking Directions:
Sweet potato starch noodle (vermicelli) 100g, beef or pork 50g, carrot 30g, onion 1ea, spinach 30g, mushroom 3ea, egg 1ea, minced garlic, soy sauce 7ml, sesame seed 5g, sesame oil 5ml, black pepper 3g, soy bean oil 10ml, sugar 5g, salt 3g
1. Combine sliced meat, minced garlic and soy sauce (2 tablespoon) in a bowl, tossing well
2. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat, put meat mushroom, carrot, onion, salt and sesame oil, stir well together
3. Cook noodles in water for 10 minutes, quench in cold water. Drain and reserve.
4. Add noodles, spinach, sugar and soy sauce (2 tablespoon) and fry all together for 5 minutes. Finish dish with sesame seed, black pepper. Stir well and serve
