Description:Rice noodles are a delicious and versatile ingredient that may be used in cuisines from many different countries.

Directions For Preparation:
1. Cooked in Soup: Soak the rice stick in hot water for 3-5 minutes until it becomes soft and loosened. Then take it up and add in flavoured soup with shredded meat, shrimps or crab meat. Or boil it directly in flavoured soup for about 4-5 minutes before being served.
2. Roasted: Soak the rice stick first in hot water for about 3-5 minutes, then in cold water till thoroughly loosened. After that take it up, add a little groundnut oil. Roast the rice stick and stir it slightly. Serve hot with shredded meat, shrimps, mushrooms etc. and seasoning. It is delicious by not greasy.
3. Fried: Fry the rice stick in boiling oil till slightly yellowish. It has a distinctive flavour when taken together with congee or roasted with shredded meat, shrimps, mushroom etc.
