1. Put rice stock in boiling water, and cook for 5-8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2. Take rice stick up and flush it with cold water or tap water for 1 minute, then cook it in soup or fry.
3. a) Cooked in soup: Boil the rice stick in flavoured soup for 3-4 minutes and add condiments before being served.
b) Fried: Fry chosen flavouring such as meat, shrimp & mushroom in a little hot oil, then add in rice stick and soup and bring to a boil until dried.
