Jiang Xi Rice Vermicelli

1. Put rice vermicelli in boiling water and cook for 7-8 minutes stirring occasionally.
2. Take rice vermicelli up and flush it with cold water or tap water for 1 minute, then cook it in soup of fried.
3a. Cooked in Soup: Boil the rice vermicelli in flavoured soup for 2-3 minutes and condiments before being served.
3b. Fried: Fry chosen flavouring such as meat, shrimp & mushroom in a little hot oil, then add in rice vermicelli and soup and bring to a boil until dried.
