Description:Chinese Rice Noodles / Rice Vermicelli.

Directions for Preparation:
1. Roasted: Soak thoroughly the rice stick in warm water for about 5-10 minutes and then pick it up to dry. Fry meat slices or cubes together with shelled shrimps, mushrooms or vegetable, etc. Then put in the prepared rice stick and stir-roast them for abother 1-2 minutes. It may also be seasoned with tomato sauce, chilli sauce or mustard etc. if preferable.
2. Fried: Fry the unprepared rice stick in boiling oil, until it turns gold and ready for table. Such preparation is good to be taken with congee and it also makes a delicious dish with shredded meat, mushrooms, shelled shrimps etc.
3. Cooked in soup: Put the rice stick in boiling soup for a few minutes and add condimetns before being served.
