Description:Tiger Tiger Rice Stick Noodles Thin (3mm)

Cooking Instructions:
Place rice stick in a pan for boiling water, cook for 5 minutes, transfer cooked rice sticks into a bowl of cold water for 5 seconds. Drain rice stick in a colander. Rice sticks are now ready to eat. Serve with all stir-fry food, oriental soup dishes and cold salads.

Thai Sesame Beef & Noodles
Serves 3-4. 400g (14oz) Tiger Tiger Rice Stick Noodles, 315g (10oz) broccoli, chopped into bite size pieces, 1 tablespoon vegetable oil, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, 500g (1lb) beef steak, very thinly sliced, 2 teaspoons Tiger Tiger Minced Garlic, 2 tablespoons sesame seeds, 60ml (2fl oz) Tiger Tiger Oyster Sauce, 60ml (2fl oz) Tiger Tiger Sweet Chilli Sauce.

Method:
Cook noodles as per pack instructions, set aside to cool. Add chopped broccoli to pan of boiling salted water, cook for 3 minutes until partially cooked, drain and set aside. Heat oil in wok or frying pan, add garlic and stir-fry until golden. Add beef and stir-fry until cooked, about 3 minutes. Remove beef from pan and keep warm, quickly fry sesame seeds until they pop, put all ingredients back in wok and fry for 1-2 minutes. Serve in a warm dish.

Storage instructions: Store in a cool dry place.
