Cooking Instructions
Method 1:
1. Soak the Hue vermicelli in cold water for 45 minutes.
2. Place vermicelli into boiling water at 100C and cook for 20 minutes.
3. Remove vermicelli, rinse with cold water until cool, and drain well.
4. Ready to use in your Bun Bo Hue recipe.

Method 2:
1. Add noodles to a pot of cold water.
2. Cook over medium heat for 35 minutes.
3. Remove vermicelli, rinse with cold water until cool, and drain well.
4. Ready to use in your Bun Bo Hue recipe.

After boiling, 1kg of dry vermicelli becomes 2.4kg of fresh vermicelli.

Storage: Keep in dry and cool place, and in an airtight container after opening.
