Bamboo Shoots and Pork A Thai-style red-curry pork dish with bamboo shoots, which is quick and easy to cook! Ingredients: 250g Pork steak 4 tbsp Oil 2 tbsp Red curry paste 300ml Chicken stock 2 tbsp Light brown sugar 4 tbsp Fish sauce 200g Bamboo shoots 4 Lime leaves, torn Preparation: Heat both the red curry paste and oil in a wok. Add the pork, sugar and fish sauce, cook on medium heat whilst constantly turning for 4-5 minutes. Turn the heat up and add the bamboo shoots and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Finally, add the lime leaves. Stir it all together and serve in a warm serving dish. Notes: Why not try Thai Green Curry Paste instead, or adding some coconut milk to make it creamy?
