Citrus Pork Noodles This zesty sweet and sour citrus pork noodle dish is an easy and quick dinner ready in 20 minutes. Ingredients: 450g Pork tenderloin 2 tbsp Vegetable oil 5cm Ginger 2 Garlic cloves 600g Mixed vegetable stir fry 1 tbsp Honey 4 tbsp Dark soy sauce Juice and zest of one orange Preparation: Grate the ginger, crush the garlic. Mix the honey, soy sauce, orange juice and zest. Cut the pork into strips, heat 1 tbsp of oil in the wok and stir fry the meat for 8–10 minutes over a high heat, remove to one side and keep warm. Heat the remaining oil and add the garlic and ginger, stir fry for 1 min. Now add the remaining ingredients and pork to warm through, stir fry for 1–2 mins. Serve with freshly cooked noodles.
